Intention: Minimal shot.
Reference: "The rule says put your main subject on one of the thirds of your frame, not in the middle. Why? Placing it in the middle is static. Symmetrical. Potentially boring. Outcome: Using the rule of thirds, I drew a line up the trunk of the tree to the top, so that it's split into thirds. I edited the photo to try and give it a silhouette effect.
Edits: crop, increase exposure, brought down shadows, increase contrast.
