This build takes place in year 2073 in an alternate timeline where the US claim victory in the first battle of Vietnam and the entire country becomes fully capitalist. Vietnam also becomes a US territory as of 1977.
The first few years, North Vietnam had had many small revolutions that where swiftly dealt with. Even so, a small anti US occupation group known as the “tự do” meaning freedom or liberty started in late 1983.
