stepping stones

The Shimna River cascades though the lovely Tollymore Forest Park, resplendent in its spring finery. This is at The Meeting of the Waters, a fine simple but fine name for a river junction.

 

I have photographed this view a fair bit - I love Tollymore. It was a race to snap before the sun pierced the clouds again. Great for warmth but not for ugly hotspots!
