This is the walkway with railing for swimmers at Skippingstone Beach in Bangor. You can see across Belfast Lough to Whitehead top left.
An old fellow had just left the water. Most of the regular sea swimmers you see in County Down are of the older persuasion. I must have a dip here sometime, but I'd pick a warmer day and leave my camera gear at home. My dog Pippin was getting rather impatient as I fooled around with long exposures. He wanted me to throw stones into the sea for him, and would bark at me for attention.
