SACRIFICE ✨

 

What comes up for you when you think of ‘healthy’ or ‘detox’?

 

I’ve noticed it can stir up a lot of fear and resistance.

 

We have this deep seeded belief that to be healthy, we’ll have to give up all the things we love.

 

This is not truth.

 

But yes, some things we do need to let go of, in order to really reach those goals.

 

Many times, we can simply find substitutes that won’t have a negative impact on the body.

 

In order to gain something, sometimes we do have to let something go.

 

That something is whatever has been getting in the way of achieving those goals.

 

If you want to maintain a sexy fit body, you might have to let go of a late night binge eating habit.

 

If you want to earn more money, you might have to let go of the self limiting beliefs that you’re not worth it.

 

If you want to attract a loving relationship, you might have to let go of pain from the past.

 

We can learn that sacrifice is powerful and healing. Letting go of the things we don’t need, to make space for and attract what we really desire.
