Physical movement has a profound affect on the body and mind. Naturally calming us down, yet energizing us at the same time!

 

How do you prefer to get exercise? ️

 

Do you take classes, join a gym, workout at home, dance, or prefer to be outside in nature? πŸ’ͺ

 

I tend to get bored doing the same things over and over, so I switch it up. But rarely will you find me in a gym πŸ™‹β™€
