Flying Across Illinois

The westbound Triple Crown RoadRailer hauls out of Illiopolis at 60 MPH into the day’s final sunlight. Leading is an oddly decent looking ES40DC.

 

I will really miss this train when it goes away this summer. Another part of American railroading that will soon be history.
