UP 9571, a C44ACM, was built for the SP as C44-9W 8107 in May of 1994. It was eventually repainted and renumbered to UP 9571. Many of these D9s went into long term storage in 2019 as PSR plagued the company. Recently, 50 of these D9s came out of storage to be rebuilt into C44ACMs. Here is one of them leading the MNPNL into Neff Yard at K281 on a snowy and frigid sub-zero afternoon.
