Beaver Business
Here is CP 40B blowing away the leafs just north of Liberty, MO (Stockdale according to the MILW timetable) on the CP Kansas City Subdivision.
Well, lets talk about the elephant in the room... I have always heard from my peers that it's either front-it, or glare. Well with a clean curved nose, how about both? Given that I had a commitment prior to this, this was the closest non-tree shadowed spot I could get to in time. The glare splitting the beaver in half is annoying, but at least it shows the F Unit is clean. And it's an F Unit in 2022... Not something you see on the regular. On the plus side, heat distortion wasn't really an issue. In total, I am decently happy with this shot.
