Fulfill Requirement 5
This photo is taken by capturing a bunch of random pills around the technology devices to highlight the theme of technological addiction, one kind of addiction. In real life, this could be bad since the addicts sometimes cannot control themselves from spending money just to always stay updated with the newest products from their favorite brands even if they don't need the upgraded version of the products.
Requirement 5 is met by randomly placing pieces in front of the camera lens, which causes viewers to feel hard to identify the main object of the image. Besides, the failure to accomplish the rule of thirds even intensify this confusion. However, this random organization in fact highlights the state of addiction in something (in this case is technology), in which the addicts cannot control themselves but instead keeping themselves with that addicted state.
Notice that I set the aperture value to be big enough so that most of the objects in the image can be seen clearly because the objects in the photo are placed at varied distanced relative to the camera lens. To balance out the darkness caused by the aperture value, I set the exposure time and ISO values to 1/10 and 1250, respectively, so that the exposure looked good while the objects in the photo were not really noisy.
During post-processing, I changed the White Balance preset to Black-White Landscape to further highlight the gloomy theme when someone is addicted to something (as sometimes they cannot control themselves). I also modified slightly the exposure to create a good aesthetic effect.
Note: The pills in the picture are just random sinus pills and the pills I got when removing my wisdom teeth. It is only be used to symbolize the state of being addicted to something so we want to cure it with pills and NOTHING ELSE. I apologize for any possible misunderstanding if anyone has.
