Requirement 3 - ALL BLUR

The view of sunset from my apartment taken out of focus clears the Requirement 3 of our assignment. With sufficient light we used ISO 200, Shutter speed 1/30 so that it doesn't capture much light, and f/6.3 taken in manual focus mode.
