This photo satisfies Requirement 2.
I was using Sony ILCE-7 Viltrox 85mm F1.8 with an aperture of f/1.8, ISO of 1600 (since it was pretty dark and I want to have more lights), focal length of 85.0 mm, and exposure time of 3s to capture the image while standing at a sideways looking up at those buildings.
I did basic cropping and played around with color-processing in Photoshop to this image.
