- Notes on the slide state it was taken in June 1975. Later that year, this jet crashed into the North Sea on 22 November 1975 after suffering a compressor stall and engine fire. Pilot Captain Jim Evans and WSO Lieutenant George Kuprian ejected and were rescued.
