Traelanipan

It was a bit of a hike to reach this place, and perhaps I edited these images remembering a bit of the trepidation I felt walking along the muddy, slippery, slopes, several hundred feet above the roiling waters below. Traelanipan has the rumored, infamous distinction of once being the place where Vikings hurled unfortunate souls over the edge to their death, into the frigid water below. Now it is a place for lovers, hikers, and determined photographers, and it did not disappoint!

“I don’t know what magic unknown roads have that makes me want to put myself out of my comfort zone, the feeling of discovering something unknown drives me into walking miles with a constant smile while embracing the creations.”
