Walking along a pebble beach in heels is never to be recommended and I was grateful when I happened upon a convenient place to sit. It was a curious metal contraption with cogs and wheels. “What could this be for?” I pondered. Darlings, it transpired that the metal device offered so much more to a girl with a tired and aching body!
