Dust Trail

While photographing the morning sunrise at St. Henry’s Church, near Dry Wood, Alberta, this large semi-truck approached from far away with a trail of dust following behind it. The motor’s hum grew louder in the cool still air, beginning near the mountains and gradually getting louder as it came close. The beautiful Rocky Mountains of Waterton Lakes National Park glimmer in the distance.
