Laser Engraved Pine Clock
Laser engraved pine clock for a high school fund raising event.
Our son went to high school at Arizona Lutheran Academy in Phoenix, AZ. Each year they hold an annual fund raiser to pay for various projects that support the school campus. This past year, the school updated the gym and replaced the old bleachers. A call went out asking if people would want to make something for this Gala event using the wood from the old bleachers. I volunteered to do something and made this clock, a bottle stopper stand and three bottle stoppers that will be shown in another posting.
The clock movement came from Bear Wood Supply (www.bearwood.com).
The wood is pine from the bleachers for both the clock face and the clock movement enclosure. Finished with a clear coat.
