Palouse falls - Washington

Just got back from an awesome trip to the Pacific Northwest with Alan and James. In summary we traveled 1,700 miles in 6 days, slept 3 hours a night and meet lots of cool people.

 

Our first stop was Oregon were we met with Landscape Photographer Extraordinaire Ryan Dyar. Ryan took us to some awesome places in and around the state of OR. This kid is AMAZING, he is one of the best landscape photographers around. We were lucky enough to hang out with him for 3 days and pick his brain. Unfortunately mother nature was not helping with the weather conditions. That did not stop us from learning as we processed on our down time. It's really hard to learn anything at 2:00 a.m. especially after a few beers. Ryan was a great host and extremely knowledgeable. If anyone is thinking about a workshop this guy is it! This particular location is Palouse Falls located in the area of SE Washington. On this particular night the sky did have some nice color unfortunately the color and clouds were behind us:(
