This hand drawn diagram of the line between Sutton Town and Skegby Junction, dated 19 July 1946 shows the arrangements for single line working using the down line if the up line was obstructed. This was part of a set given to me during a visit to Summit Colliery box. It is believed to have been used by a Guard.
