Owen has added his conjecture to that SBD to show the Sutton Forest Mills connections drawn on. (Sutton Forest Mills was the other end of what became Stokes, Taylor, Shaw sidings.) www.flickr.com/photos/192151030@N08/52500578322/in/album-...
Some dates:
16 August 1877 - A box already existed at this date, but it was not a block post.
22 July 1894 - Box made a block post.
17 December 1894 - Trailing connection from Down across Up into Sutton Forest Mills added and level crossing gates bolted from box.
7 February 1904 - This replacement box provided.
10 December 1967 - Box closed, level crossing converted to Automatic Half Barriers. Connection lever 7 (Illingworth's Siding) retained but worked from a ground frame released by Sutton Junction Station box.
