Note on this 1964 SBD there was a TC "T2" but this was decommissioned when Goods Loop points 23 were removed as it (and other TC's) were all in lieu of FPL fouling bars. The absence of lever 19 (former FPL) being an interlocking lever on subsequent diagrams indicates that that FPL stood locked in with the lever normal.
