There's a superb drawing, by Robert Dey, of the 1955 plan, here www.flickr.com/photos/192151030@N08/52157656445/in/album-...
There's another drawing by Robert Dey, this one showing the re-positioned Down Home signal which took place on 3 December 1957. The diagram has been drawn in the style which was the common practice by LMS in Scotland to add a prominent date to their SBDs (M5s) whenever a new negative (master) was created in this case the new box at Oban Goods Junction. Unfortunately these dates then often remained unaltered for the entire life of the diagram – often despite several amendments, and so creating confusion for future students such as ourselves!! Another excellent diagram.
