Mansfield area Single Line Tablet Sections
This is believed to be a Midland Railway diagram drawn circa 1918 and certainly before 1926. This date has been arrived at because Blidworth Junction box (opened 9 November 1926) is not shown between Rufford Colliery Sidings and Farnsfield East. Also because we believe the Rufford Branch became Tablet working when the first signal box opened at the Rufford Colliery branch end on 10 February 1918.
The diagram shows the Tablet configurations (A, B & C) for the various Signal Box sections.
