Siren 1928.193_web

Siren is a terracotta vessel from 6th century BC Greece. The vessel was likely used for perfumed oil and stands at 12.7 cm tall by 18.1 cm wide by 6.7 cm deep. This sculpture was purchased by The Cleveland Museum of Art in 1928 with the J. H. Wade Fund. It can be seen in Gallery 102C Greek with the accession number of 1928.193.
