SAPPHIRE DRAGON TREE
we took a wrong turn trying to find an office & I saw some large branches of this on the ground so brought them home & placed in a large basket in my LR for a dried flower arrangement! I plan to go back in early Spring b/c it is suppose to be loaded with LArGE VIOLET FLOWERS before the leaves appear.
The tree is native to Taiwan, eastern China, and Japan. It is a fast-growing deciduous tree that reaches its full height of about 30 feet in three years.
