“Arm Reliquary of the Apostles” is on view at the Cleveland Museum of art in gallery 106C Medieval Treasury. This powerful piece is made of Gilt silver, champlevé enamel, oak and has overall dimensions of 51 x 14 x 9.2 cm. This piece is from Germany, Lower Saxony, Hildesheim, Romanesque period, late 12th century. According to the museums description this is a depiction of an unidentified saint’s arm bone. This was a gift of the John Huntington Art and Polytechnic trust and the accession number is 1930.739. This image is in the public domain and can be seen on the museum’s website.
