A Buddhist ritual bell called the “five-pronged” bell, given this name for the four prongs that bend toward a central prong. This shape is a lightning bolt also known as a vajra, which is a very powerful and important symbol in Buddhism. Started in India and later spread through Asia and was used in Korea. Made from bronze with designs craved on it with a size of 17.8 x 6.6 cm and was a gift to the museum by Mitsuru Tajima in 1998.
