Varahi is a bronze statue that was made during the 14th century in Nepal and is quite small as it is only 21 cm (8 1/4 in.) tall. The Goddess is depicted with the head of a boar, balanced on one leg, and holding symbolic items that represent various Hindu ideas and show her association with Shiva. This Sculpture can be seen in The Cleveland Museum of Art in section 237 Himalayan and is part of the Andrew R. and Martha Holden Jennings Fund (1978.70)
