Lagh da Palü
On the way down from Alp Grüm to Cavaglio. The Lagh da Palü – Palüsee in German or Lago Palü in Italian – is a reservoir in the canton of Graubünden. It is located south of the Bernina Pass at the foot of Piz Palüs at an altitude of 1923 metres above sea level. Lake Palü is located on the territory of the municipality of Poschiavo. It is fed by glacial water from the Palü Glacier, which explains its clear, shimmering blue colour. From the lake, the Cavagliasch flows down into the valley.
