Today is the last day of routes 28/N28 operating out of RATP Dev Transit London at Westbourne Park (X) garage. Tomorrow, the route will head over to Willesden Junction (WJ), allocated with Wright Gemini 2s from routes W7 and 237, whilst routes 31/N31 move over to Holloway (HT) to create space. Here seen at Fulham Broadway sitting at a set of traffic lights on the route 28 heading towards Kensal Rise. 29/07/23
