"The Moon-Viewing Promontory from the series One Hundred Views of Famous Places in Edo" is an 1857 color woodblock print by Utagawa Hiroshige (1797-1858) from the Edo Period of Japan (1615-1868). As the name implies, the piece is apart of a collection of 119 ukiyo-e prints of various scenes in different seasons of Edo Japan. The overall dimensions are 33.9 x 22.8 cm (13 3/8 x 9 in.) and is apart of the Kelvin Smith Collection, given by Mrs. Kelvin Smith 1985.320 at the Cleveland Museum of Art where it is not on display.
