Paul and Linda
I don’t remember what inspired me to organize the layout for this still life in May 2020... Maybe I was reading Paul’s biography by Philip Norman, The Life, which I had bought a while ago but never found the time to read... Seeing, inside it, photos of Linda photographing Paul made me head back to her own photo book, Life in Photographs, and then I realized that, in the snapshot at the bottom, she is using a black Nikon F with Photomic FTn viewfinder and lightmeter, the exact twin brother of my own first serious camera, which I bought in the early 1970s... Hers, being from 1967 or earlier, was another version, maybe a Photomic TN.
