Happy New Year from Northeast Kansas
Doc and Skip wish everyone a Happy New Year...blessing for peace, happiness, health, and prosperity. Christmas week was very foggy here at our place in Northeast Kansas, so I took advantage of the conditions to shoot some film of my favorite two subjects. This is Doc in the foreground and his half-brother Skip in the distance. I captured this shot and a bunch of other good ones with my Minolta SRT 101 35mm SLR. This camera was a recent Estate Sale acquisition and if I remember correctly I paid $25 for it. I typically avoid SLRs at Estate Sales because I've had poor success finding ones that work...this one worked and was at a good price so I picked it up...glad I did. Images captured using Foma 400 film, developed with Xtol at 1:1.
