Arthur (1925-2001) has been credited with coining the terms ' Signage ' and ' Wayfinding '.
This experimental signage at the Bedford entrance to the St. George Station at the interchange of the Bloor - Danforth and Yonge - University Spadina subway lines was clever and effective.

The test signage has since been removed from St. George Station.
