Patricia
This is Patricia, who can often be found with her cats Chewy and Little Fluff outside the Chase Bank on the corner of Polk and California Streets. I asked Patricia if she would like to participate in the $2 Portrait project, and she was happy to do so. She told me she lives in the Cable Car Hotel on California Street, and when I asked where she was from originally, she said, "It doesn't matter where you're from, just matters where you're going," and pointed to the sky. She then said she was born on the East Coast, but had spent 57 of her 58 years in San Francisco. The only mention she made of family was her late father, who was a Korean War vet.
