These two are local chefs who have bounced around some of the very best restaurants in town. Thomas Hawk and I had a very interesting conversation with them about food, travel, photography, urban living and all sorts of subjects. If we could have, we would have gladly taken them up on their offer to go into the Aub Zam Zam to have a drink, but both Tom and I were pressed for time by then.
