T Rex was the apex predator of the late Cretaceous Period, 70-65 Million BCE. Growing to some 40 feet in length, they instilled terror in prehistoric North America where they reigned king. Amongst the last of the dinosaurs, they died out after the cataclysm that doomed the last of their kind.
