PRIZED CATCH

the eastern great egret (Ardea alba modesta)

The egret held onto one of the pectoral fins of the fish and flew some 50m to be away from a cormorant which was also after the fish. The egret then dropped the fish onto shallow water before piercing the fish to death and swallowing it whole and headlong.
