EDPL in New Britain
CSX train EDPL creeps its way through the “Hardware City” in New Britain, CT, while making an irregular daylight run across the Springfield Line and Waterbury Branch. The train first ran in the daylight the previous day from East Deerfield to Springfield, MA, before being called on the following day to take the train to Plainville. While it seems no major changes have been established on the southern end of Pan Am’s trackage, the bluebird pair was still a relieving sight before everything eventually turns in G&W borg orange.
