Further refining and experimenting led to another study which at the time I found quite successful. For this painting I decided I wanted to incorporate some tissue paper in the foreground with acrylics. To an extent this was inspired by the artworks of Kurt Jackson, my motivation to look at his work and do this was so I could develop a better understanding of atmospheric perspective and create art which was slightly more unique, using texture.
