Mystery-film-2 - Who are these people?

I developed a roll of 120-format exposed but undeveloped film of Ilford FP4. Ilford changed the film to FP4+ in 1990 so this film must be older than that.

 

So many questions pop up....

Who are these people?

Are they still alive?

Why was the film never developed?

Etc. etc.
