Headbox - Paper Machine Headbox | Scan Machineries
Scan Machineries designs, manufactures & supplies #Paper and #Pulp Machinery and it's part #headbox as per customer’s specific requirements which depends on the machine speed and the grade of paper. The stock for the pressure screen is supplied to the headbox manifold. The pulp is then pressed between rollers to a produce strong paper web that controls the #gsm and caliper of the paper produce. It is placed before the wiresection and after the pressure screen in the #papermachine. The head of stock is maintained as per the machine speed in the headbox. Normally the headbox width will be of 1600 - 6000mm in length. We also supply headboxes with CD controls for various GSM ranges. . . . .
