i also used Reshade -> reshade.me/

shaders: curves,HDR, Filmic Anamorphic sharpen, PPFX Godrays, and bloom [qUINT_bloom]

 

using alt+p to bring up the phototools you can go to the env tab and click on personal lighting after setting the wL then on that window take the "Reflection Probe Ambiance" to 0.00 and play around with the brightness

 

next go to the DoF/Glow tab

Enable Depth of field (DoF)

and play around with the View angel and Fov
