Satan Claus 36
Today we, Russian Orthodox, are celebrating the "Old New Year". When Russia finally switched to the Gregorian calendar in 1918, the Russian Orthodox Church decided to stay on the old, Julian calendar (it's not a spiritual thing to deal with government stupidities). Since then, we have been living, like most of the world, according to the Gregorian calendar, but we are also happy to celebrate the New Year according to the old, pre-revolutionary time.
