Engine Problems.....
The engine gave one last tortured groan before silence took over. Then came the smoke—thick, black, curling from beneath the wings like a warning written in the sky. I was alone up here, suspended between failure and fate.
But I didn’t panic.
The plane, stripped of its power, felt strangely light. It no longer fought the air—it surrendered to it. I guided it gently, letting the wind cradle us both. Below, the world opened up—a clearing, a chance.
I brought it down smooth, no crash, no chaos. Just a soft thud and the hiss of scorched metal cooling in the grass,
I stepped out untouched.
The plane was replaceable, but I was not!
