Naturalization

Naturalization is a process by which the immigrants living in California as legal permanent residents can achieve citizenship status. A citizenship test is conducted, and the applicants should have been permanent residents for at least 5 years. Once a person becomes naturalized citizen status, he possesses all rights given to the country's birth citizens.
