Lost your EAD card? Do not panic

Employee Authorization Document (EAD) card also popularly known as work permit provides non-citizens with the temporary authorization to work in the United States.

 

If you lose your EAD card or it gets destroyed or stolen, then you can request for a replacement by filing a new form I-765 to the USCIS. It usually takes 3-5 months to replace the EAD card.
