When you're rich and living in the 19th Century with money to burn, you build fanciful structures harkening back to days gone by, serving no other purpose than to impress your guests. Rather like Disneyland, but with better building materials. Seen on the grounds of the Ashford estate, Mayo/Galway border, Ireland.
