Subespecie hispaniensis
La verdad es que la taxonomía del trepador azul ( Sitta europaea) no es precisamente algo claro, fácil ni consensuado. Depende mucho de las fuentes de las que uno "beba".
Lo que parece más reconocido es que hay una serie de grupos de subespecies que comparten alguna característica común en todo su rango de distribución. Uno de ellos es el grupo "caesia", que se distingue por presentar ejemplares con las partes inferiores de color ante y la garganta y mejillas blancas.
Dentro de este grupo se encuentra la subespecie "hispaniensis", que se caracteriza por tener las partes inferiores de tono rosa-ante pálido y que se distribuiría por el centro y sur de la Península Ibérica y el norte de Marruecos.
El macho que veis en la foto está fotografiado en el cuadrante suroccidental de Sierra Morena, así que, en teoría, debería pertenecer a esa subespecie "hispaniensis".

What seems most recognized is that there are a number of groups of subspecies that share some common feature throughout their range. One of them is the "caesia" group, which is distinguished by its buff-colored underparts and white throat and cheeks.
Within this group is the "hispaniensis" subspecies, which is characterized by having pale pink-buff underparts and would be distributed in the center and south of the Iberian Peninsula and northern Morocco.
The male you see in the photo is photographed in the southwestern quadrant of Sierra Morena, so, in theory, it should belong to that subspecies "hispaniensis".
