Day 6 - Photo Walk Self Care

A therapist I saw many years ago once said to me, "I'd like to see you care for yourself like you do your dog."

 

I never forgot that.

 

As I care for me, I care for her.

As I care for her, I care for me.

 

She receives and in every way, she gives back.

 

Together, we are reciprocity at its best.
